Hours of Operation

* Blue Apple U is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST

* We close for all national and provincial holidays.

This policies and procedures applies to the following Blue Apple U Products and Services: English Success Course, other courses will be added to the list of services.

Billing Address* Your billing address must be the same as used for your Paypal or credit card statements.

Refunds* 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only for 30 days from date of purchase.

* Customers must contact our support department by email or regular mail within 30 days of purchase: info@blueappleu.com

* Once a refund request is received the refund process will take no more than 30 days from the date the request was made. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card. PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

Refund After 6 Months

* If customers feel that the lessons have been a total waste of time and apply for the full refund, they may be asked to provide documentation and to sign an affidavit or other legal documents. Customers may be liable for civil and criminal penalties should the statements provided be proven a willful attempt to defraud.

* To obtain the full refund, customers must swear that they used the lessons as recommended, at minimum of 5 hours per week with a minimum of one full hour on five separate days, for the full 6 month period.

* The full refund is sent by Paypal only. Customers must have or create a Paypal account to receive the full refund after 6 months of using the lessons consistently.

* To obtain the full refund, customers must request the refund after 180 days of purchase date and before 210 days of purchase date.

Personal Checks and Money Orders

* We do not accept personal checks nor money orders. Payment must be by credit card or Paypal only.

Please read the following, as it is important that you know the terms and conditions of our English Success Course methods and material.
This is the last course you will ever need to speak excellent English. Follow the instructions of your mentor in conjunction with our English Success Course Principles (Secrets) closely and you will learn to speak English well, quickly and easily.
All English Success Course material is the sole property of its creator and designer Viktors Vairogs. The Success Course material is never sold but is on loan only to the person or persons named in this bill and for a period no longer than six months after payment of the said course. This course is never sold but loaned to a single person named in our billing.
The English Success Course material is copyrighted and may not be loaned, sold, or given freely to any person. The English Success Course material may not be copied to be distributed in any form, electronic, digital or manual.
All persons and companies that take the English Success Course will have access to their course material at the rate of one session every two weeks starting from the day that payment has been received. If there are five sessions, the course will end in ten week’s time but the persons named in this bill can review material for a total of six months, at the end of which time access to the material on the website will no longer be available.
Mentoring Sessions should be completed in less than three months. (notwithstanding vacations and holidays) Students may cancel mentoring appointments only on two occasions during the ten-week period but it must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to the English Success Lesson. If there are to be vacation periods or holidays, they must be agreed to with the mentor at the start of the course. Mentors also may have to cancel a course and those courses would be replaced at a convenient time to both mentor and student.
If you are not satisfied with your mentor for any reason whatsoever, contact our offices and we will provide another mentor. Your success is our success.
The mentors that do the follow-up on the Success Course are in a contractual relationship with Blue Apple U and specifically with Viktors Vairogs and have a non-circumvention agreement with the same. This would exclude the possibility for these mentors to be hired to teach or mentor anyone for a period of a minimum of two year after leaving Blue Apple U. The mentors would subject to the full application of the laws dealing with non-circumvention and/or disclosure if they do not adhere to their contractual agreement.
Individuals taking our course must pay in advance via Paypal. Companies that provide our course to their employees must be prepared to pay for the said courses within 15 days after receipt of this bill. If that is not complied with companies they will have to pay in full prior to receiving any future courses with Blue Apple U and/or its creator and owner Viktors Vairogs
